      Yes, at a slow steady pace (the FoldiMix 5L and Foldi 3S limit work mode to 0.6–4.0 MPH). For focused typing, keep the deck flat and the speed low; save incline and higher speeds for workout mode without a device on the desk.

      How much floor space do I need?

      The FoldiMix 5L is 52 × 24.6 in unfolded and 6.1 in tall folded; the SpaceWalk 5L is 48.8 × 20.3 × 6.1 in. Leave open space around the unit for safe entry and exit, and check desk clearance if you plan to use a pad under your own standing desk.

      Do I need to assemble anything?

      UREVO treadmills arrive assembled; you unfold the handrail, lock it, plug in and attach the safety key. A hex tool and lubricating oil are included for belt maintenance.
